6. Determinism

• DSP outputs (spectrum bins, onset envelope, beat estimate) are pure functions of the input window — no wall clock, no unseeded randomness. Visual randomness is explicitly seeded.
• The grammar’s hash(x)/noise(x) are that seeded randomness (Plan 0047 / ADR-0051): pure functions of their argument and a per-preset salt, never of a clock. A preset may set seed = "random", which chooses who supplies the seed — OS entropy, once at load, in the live app — not whether one exists; every capture path forces the declared number, so the harness stays a pure function of its inputs.
