Where each check runs first
Linux leads, and Windows is the peer it is checked against (ADR-0241, NFR §9). A live check — capture, a second display, a projector, a rehearsal — runs on the Arch reference box first. The Windows box takes it second, for the peer platform. A check that names a Windows-only surface runs only there, and one gated on the iGPU floor box waits for that box. The Linux column says what is expected, not what has been run. Each section’s own record says that.
| Check | Linux (Arch, the reference) | Windows (the peer) |
|---|---|---|
| The stereo field, by ear | First | Second |

| The overlay’s frame-time p99; the dither on a second display | First | Second |
| A live input unplugged and re-plugged; a 96 kHz interface | No device picker | Only here |
| The live video-out’s size ceiling (Spout) | No Spout | Only here |
| The operator console on two displays | First; Plan 0218 Phase 1 had one display, so the two-display half is owed | Second |
The Rich tier calibration | First, on the dGPU | Second |

| The studio beside the player | First | Ran 2026-09-11 |
| The OSC bindings at the rig | First | Second |
| The Linux standalone on a real desktop | Arch, and the Ubuntu box | — |
| The adapter switch on a two-adapter box | First; the Arch box has two | Second, on a hybrid box |
| The Floor reading NFR §1 asserts | Not the floor box | The older iGPU PC |
